Spiritual Care

What is spiritual care?

Spiritual care guides you through the deeper questions that life sometimes forces open: questions of meaning, purpose, mortality, and what it means to live well. It addresses emotional and existential needs that lie beneath the struggle.

How I work

I provide guidance through one-on-one sessions. As a trained spiritual caretaker with a humanist background, I work with the whole of you: your story, your questions, your losses, your longings. I guide you gently toward deeper reflection, helping you uncover layers of meaning that can redirect your life.

Who is this for?

Spiritual care may be a good fit if you are navigating a major life transition, living with illness or facing death, searching for meaning and purpose, grieving a loss, or feeling spiritually adrift without knowing why.

It is also for those who feel that something in their struggle exceeds what therapy alone can offer: a spiritual dimension, an existential layer, something beyond the medical diagnoses.

I am currently not taking on new individual clients. If you would like to be informed when spaces become available, please contact me.
