Ritual design
Rituals create an embodied moment in time that honor an important event. Whether marking a loss, a transition, or a new beginning, rituals have the power to bring meaning, presence and a sense of being held.
I am open to design, or co-create, rituals for individuals, groups or events. For those who want to bring more ritual into their own life or practice, I can offer guidance in designing your own.
The design of rituals remains an ongoing field of research for me. Currently I am exploring how rituals are already (un)consciously embedded in the process of ongoing grief.
